2. Application of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made in-store and via our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
3. Products and Descriptions
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or sizing may occur. All items are subject to availability.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via Wix payments and Klarna/Clearpay and Paypal. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
5. Delivery
We offer UK-wide delivery. Delivery times and costs are outlined at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
6. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Exceptions: We do not accept returns on:

• Personalised or custom items

• Sale items (unless faulty)

7. Faulty Goods
If an item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We comply with the UK GDPR. Your personal data is used solely for order processing and customer service. 
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and designs are the property of HP Boutique and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
